How to Get Healthy and STAY Healthy

Hi everyone, Taylor here. Believe it or not, I used to be overweight, unhealthy, and very unhappy. My husband, Harrison and I decided to get healthy (and we've stayed healthy) after we got married in 2019. Since then, we both have lost over 30 pounds, have toned up, and are so much happier. We don't follow some crazy diet plan, nor do we have an overly regimented workout schedule (we've tried them and we decided extremes don't work for us). So we decided to share some of our daily tips and tricks so others can get healthy and stay healthy without all the hassle.
